Position Offered: Permanent Full-Time Inside Sales Representative

Location: Edmonton, AB

For over four decades, CRC Wellhead Supply Co Ltd in Edmonton has been the industry-leading supplier of standard API 6A and select wellhead parts and equipment for custom projects across North America.  We are a medium size machine shop in the southeast of Edmonton and currently have 30 full-time staff.  We are looking for an Inside Sales Person to fill a vacancy within our team. This position requires a highly motivated and versatile person.  Some of the job duties required are:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform order desk activities: customer interaction, pricing, quoting, selling, ordering
• Generate work orders as required
• Perform procurement functions for special processes, materials, and/or parts
• Receive and process customer concerns
• Generate shipping documents
• Ensure delivery is maintained on all orders

Requirements:

• Basic Oilfield experience would help identify each product
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Computer literate with proficient use of customer database systems
• 5 years of proven experience in the oil sector

Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is an Employee Compensation Package after three months. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Please send your resume to HR@CRCWellhead.com
